friendly helpful staff, clean, great location with lots of coffee shops/restaurants nearby. close to town but also to the highway for day trips. (only minor downside for us were the SUPER soft beds and pillows, we just prefer firmer options. they may have had some we just didn't ask)

This was a great place to stay. It shares a parking lot with a stores. It is close to places to eat and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Queenstown. Yet it is a 15 minute drive to downtown. It is about 5 minutes from the airport. Very clean good staff. I would highly recommend it.
