The 2 bedroom apartment we had was one of the most rundown rooms I had ever stayed in . There was mould on the floor , water damage , wet carpet , leaking shower and the clothes dryer had no door on it . This room should never have been rented .

Staff were amazing and a big thank you for the upgrade in the room. Room was clean , the only down side was some of the furniture needs replacing and up dating, but that is nit picking. Very happy with my experience and would recommend to family and friends.

This was an awesome place to stay for our time in Queenstown. Public bus from the airport stops right next to peppers making it super easy to get there. Beautiful across from the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful and good local knowledge. We were very happy!!!!!

Not a great stay

The furnishing is old but cosy and homely enough. What was greatly disappointing was the level of cleanliness - the place did not feel clean at all. The couches were stained and there was old belongings/bottle left in the trunk table in the living room. The breakfast was the worst we have ever had in a hotel - please do not book this place just for the breakfast. It was terribly dire. Great location though and service at the reception was friendly. Absolutely not worth it for the price!
