Fantastic location with street parking in front of hotel. This is more of a hostel/backpacker hotel. Can be loud at night due to bars/clubs across the street and behind the building. Only like a minute walk to the lake and maybe 5 minutes walk to the main street. Price is good and has a central kitchen if you like to cook your own meals (can be crowded at times)

Can’t beat the location.

Stayed in one of the private rooms with an ensuite bathroom. The best location, right in the heart of Queenstown a few steps from the lake. Fairly clean. As others have mentioned, it can get loud in the evenings, but they do give you ear plugs, just in case you need them. Tour bookings on site, which make it really convenient.

I was impressed with my king bed with own Bathroom. The room was spacious and clean except for when house keeping overlooked the please tidy my room sign on my door when l was out on a day trip. Nomads is in central Queenstown and l perfectly located fo the attractions and town nightlife.. tours can be arranged on sight. The room could do with a clock as it has no windows so it's hard to know what time of day it is. Other than that l can highly recommend staying at Nomads

It's an older, well used property. Basic amenities. We didn't take advantage of the kitchen facility but looked like the young adults were getting good use out of it. Good value considering how popular the area is. We loved our small balcony.

Night club plays super loud music until about 3 am every night. Even on the top floor the sound level is way too high to really fall deeply asleep. They provide earplugs in your room which is a foreshadowing of the night to come.

The location is very good. I booked a room that from the description, could either have one bed, or, as I was after, 2 beds. As it turned out, my first three nights were in a one-bed room but then a subsequent night (a few days later) after booking the same room type, I got the 2 bed room I really wanted. When I booked, I looked for opportunities to specify that having two beds was important to me, but no option existed. I think that there could be more clarity in this regard.

Booked incorrectly as single beds, but upgraded & amended on site, excellent service. Towels available but not face cloth’s? Also the pedestal basin with no where to put anything you need. Awesomely close to everything.
