We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Resort Queenstown! The staff were absolutely amazing—warm, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The real standout, though, was the view. Waking up to sweeping vistas of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains was nothing short of breathtaking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Queenstown—this place made our trip extra special!

We had a very comfortable stay at Mercure Resort Queenstown. It has jacuzzi, pool, sauna gym and what not. Located at a convenient location. Highly recommended!

This property was OK for the stay. It is a Little dated inside and out. It is a way out of town but we knew this during the booking. People who do not choose to walk would find this an issue. The bar food was adequate and the staff were friendly always. There was a shortage of staff that made wait times longer for food etc. Breakfast was great

Everything was amazing, the views, the service, the room, the general set up and pool area was nice too. We really our stay. Maybe there was a damp musty smell as you opened the door but that went away immediately once inside. Hard to know if it was carpet around the door entrance but no bother once inside room. The resort went the extra mile to help me see clients in a meeting room which i appreciated and all the management and staff were helpful and friendly.
