Room was clean and only problem was the thermostat kept going lower. The bartender, Nathaniel was wonderful as were the food and drinks in the first floor lounge.

"I think we were a tad unlucky as our booked room had been given away by mistake and when we arrived at 10pm the room on offer smelled of damp. The air con control was missing so it was pretty hinky till we got one on day 2. The toilet didn’t refill properly so each time we had to take off the lid and fiddle with the workings to stop the water running. The bed was very small, rickety and squeaky. The male staff were very friendly and helpful however and the free bar is a nice touch, plus the roof terrace has sweeping views. Location is excellent. "
