The server refused to ask the chef if they would accommodate a special request. I ordered, but never received my drink and condiments for breakfast. * Third and fourth day, breakfast was mediocre. Conversely, I can't say enough about the woman working at the hotel check-in desk. She was extremely helpful and pleasant."

"The parking garage was good and safe, but that was about the only positive. There were no room keys. Access tot he room, the building, and the garage was controlled by codes, which were not shared until after check-in. The room had no overhead lighting and the lamps didnt light the room. The shower was tiny. The TV remote was useless. Overall very disappointed."
