"My husband and I are in love with this resort. Everything about this resort is perfect. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a cold towel upon arrival. The lobby is open air, minimalist, tastefully decorated and clean. Actually, the entire resort is very clean. There is always someone cleaning or minding the plants in the common areas. We decided to stay here to celebrate our 43rd anniversary and this resort did not disappoint. They celebrated our anniversary every night after dinner with a cake and sparklers. On our anniversary night, there was a cake and bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room after dinner. My husband and I are not pool people. We hung out at the beach most of our stay. Though there were sargassum, nonetheless we still enjoyed the beach and the sound of crashing waves. What makes this resort special in my opinion are the employees. They will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and memorable. These are the staff I have encountered and had a pleasure of meeting. Nahum - from the steakhouse Eskarlett - from the steakhouse Tessa - bfast buffet Luis - bfast buffet Gabriel - beachside server Agustin - food manager Maricell - front desk Karla - asst manager Last but not the least, the housekeeping staff - they work like ninjas, our room is always sparkling clean and fresh every time we return from the beach. Thank you, Devossion for a memorable experience. We will be back for sure."

"LOVED this resort. Traveled with my husband and two young kids and this was the most amazing resort and perfect for our family vacation. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and so helpful. They literally wait on you hand and foot here which made our trip even more relaxing for mom and dad. There’s so much to do, shows, dance parties, activities, things for the kids to do. The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Our room was stylish, modern and very clean. Highly recommend getting the preferred suite with the swim up pool, That was a game changer for nap time with our little one. We could hang outside at the pool and waitresses came right over with food and drinks for us. The restaurants were average, which is expected at an all-inclusive.
