Everything was wonderful. One small thing. It was a pleasant evening and the room was comfortable so we had turned the HVAC off at the thermostat. Around 1:00 AM, we were awakened by the uniut turning itself on and off several times in succession. This stopped after we turned the heater back on.

The room was adequate. The Staff were very friendly and polite. The carpet in room could use cleaning to remove stains. The hallways needed cleaning as well. The cloth seats in the breakfast area needed cleaning. Leather seat might be a more sanitary option

The rooms could use some extra cleaning ~ floors in the bathroom for sure! Room smells like someone smoked in there! Went during Mardi Gras, so it was chaotic! Great location! Definitely needs attention to parking for hotel customers!
