No where to park first off. Then when you try to park someone pulls in two inches next to your car so your cars gets dinged when they open their door. Could not understand anything the front desk man said. The floors and walls are disgusting, the place looks very unwelcoming and minimal. I was not impressed! We hadn’t stayed at La Quinta in years for this exact reason but thought b/c it looked relatively new it would be nice, it wasn’t!

I called the day before to notify the property that I would be checking in late, and I was assured that they would hold my room. Upon arrival it took one hour (I arrived at 11:30pm and was not able to complete check-in until 12:30am) to complete check-in because she gave away my room to someone who was displeased with their "dirty" room. I was given a room that had one king bed and a sofa bed with no linens. The mattress had several stains and was maybe 3 inches thick.(very uncomfortable) I had to go back to the lobby to pick it up since no one would bring it up to the room when I called downstairs. And last, the carpet in the room was sticky and made the bottoms of my feet black. I will NEVER stay there again!

The room was damp and stayed damp the entire night no matter how we adjusted the air. There are mold spores on the fabric of the lamps between the bed. The shower head leaked and the water rand down the wall and caused water to pool in a obviously noticeable area that has been treated. We kept our shoes on just to walk around the room

We were in middle of tornado warnings and we were happy we stayed safe here . Winds started when we had just arrived . Felt safe and slept well from a long drive .
