They say they have FREE WiFi but not if you have an Apple phone or Apple IPad. Wasn’t right and because I got it through Travelocity I couldn’t get a refund and go to another Motel. Paid almost $100 and was lied to.

I like the modern look of the room. I did not like the holes in the wall underneath the sink in the bathroom or the hole in the wall by the television. I did not like the look of the hallways outside of the room.

Poor Customer Service

Do not use if you are expecting any transportation service either from the Airport or Cruise Terminal. Family stranded at Airport over two hours and finally took a cab at their own expense to the hotel. When returning from our cruise the first van sent was full. We had to call four times to get the van back to the terminal to pick us up!!! Then the van almost wrecked by a trainee driver with no one riding with her. When over one hour had passed (15 minute ride) we were informed to 'just take a cab'.... at our own expense.

Horrible Inaccurate Information

I booked this hotel and even called the week before to make sure the pool and hot tub were open. I was also told the hotel took pets with a $50 non-refundable deposit. I called after we left home with our pet and called from the car to book another night. The Sales Director got my call because I was told they didn't accept pets. They also informed me that the pool and hot tub were closed. They refused to give me my money back and I have to get my bank to get it from them. The General Manager and Sales Director both told me they don't advertise any of the above. I gave them the websites that STILL advertise these things. Since I had my pet with me I had to book somewhere else but since I paid, I can certainly leave a review. Be careful for what is advertised on this website. It's not what they have and they keep your money anyway even though they don't have what they advertise.

Hotel was ok

Hotel was fine. Staff was helpful, room was adequate. I think what bothered me most was bed was like sleeping on the floor, very hard. We thought breakfast was included in cost, wasn't and the server was rude and condesending. My husband tried to talk to her to no avail so he went to front desk to speak to mgr. The clerk at the desk was extremely helpful and reduced the cost from $10 ea to $4.95. The food was cold and there was NO signage anywhere that the breakfast was not free. I won't stay again only because of the fact the room was uncomfortable.
