The hotel and the property were OK and the staff was nice, but they did not come and clean the room within my four day stay and kept running out of bath towels.

Hello, and thank you for your review. Due to the situation going on with the pandemic, and the lack of available staff, we find ourselves extremely shorthanded. We want to make sure we deliver the best possible experience to every guest. We also want to make sure we don't overwhelm our employees to the point that they give up. With that thought, we are currently and for the forseeable future only cleaning rooms before arrival and upon request for those staying several days. As for the towel situation, we did have a shortage of availability due to a delay in shippments. That issue has since been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The bad outweighed the good. Drove 6 hours to get their, arrived at 11 pm and the front desk staff was not friendly, then informed me they had let someone else check into my room at 3 pm and they had forged my signature on a piece of paper with my name on it. Had to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half being told by the front desk manager to leave even though my stay was already paid for. Finally called corporate and while on the phone with them the front desk manager finally decided to put us in a downgraded room. Worst hotel experience ever, staff was clearly not checking paperwork and drivers license, planning on filing a lawsuit for forgery of signature because my card was on file for the room he was staying in. 10 out of 10 would not recommend the headache of this hotel to anyone, it needs new management in place badly.

Employees allowed the people above us to have a party with 14 children between the ages of 5 and 6 with 4 adults in one hotel room. At least 3 other guests complained that we know of. The party and extreme noise and running and jumping went on from 6 pm to 330 am. Hotel staff refused to evict them. Manager said they should have after first warning.

It was convenient and personnel were pleasant. The room above us apparently had kids in it and at 5:30a.m. they were up and running around. It was awful. I did tell the desk when we checked out that in the future they should put little ones on the first floor or away from anyone below them. It wasn’t busy there so that could have been done.

Cleanliness. Safe area, convenient location, beds are very comfortable and the staff is very accommodating and helpful. And free breakfast is such a plus. Wonderful place to stay
