"This beautiful home was everything we expected and more. The bedrooms were cozy and well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked so I was able to make all of my family's favorite meals. We were also fortunate we had beautiful weather and could walk daily to the beach to enjoy the views. Very rare for November. We were there to spend time with my 1 son who attends URI which was only a 15 minute drive to campus. If it was the summer, they had ample beach chairs and a cart to bring your items to the beach. The furnished screened in porch was also a wonderful bonus. We would most definitely rent this home again. Check in was easy and the owner allowed us to check in early due to our long drive. Extremely accommodating. I met some of the neighbors and they were all super friendly to me and my family. Great neighborhood for folks of all ages. It was a wonderful weekend with my family and friends. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. "

"We loved our stay in this comfortable, clean, lovely home. This ranch home features a large, central living room/dining/kitchen/enclosed porch area and two, separate bedroom/full bathroom areas. My husband & I shared our vacation time with our children & grandchildren, and we all had plenty of room & privacy. High ceilings & hardwood floors accent a wonderful, clean open space for all. The central air conditioning is also a "plus," and a small, private backyard is "just right" for additional space. An extra shower/bathroom in the garage/entry area is also helpful. It is located in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood which is close to state/local beaches, shops & attractions. The homeowner was welcoming & helpful. We would definitely choose this rental home again!"
