"You walk in and get welcomed in the most stunning lobby I have ever seen! All customer staff are polite and welcoming, Sign in process is quick and you immediately have a refreshment as you are signing in. Room was clean and immaculate with a wonderful view ( was on 3rd floor) to the ocean. Grounds were clean at all times and even the beach was cleaned regularly of seaweed brought in by the oceans. All bars were relatively quick at getting you your orders. The food.... no words can describe it, Amazing fresh and cooked to perfection! BUFFETS were brimming with fresh food, deserts and numerous selections of food varieties, even a fussy kid would find something to eat! Five out of five stars, no question!"

"The staff was very polite and helpful. I picked this hotel because I was told they had handicapped accomodations. Raised toilet seat etc. I was not given any handicapped accomodations. I cannot walk well and there was no food on the property in the evening. It was a far walk for me to anywhere in the area. "
