Come and relax at the Cozy Cottage. Brand New (2023) 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom cottage style home. Our little home has everything you will need while you are away from yours. We are located in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside, just minutes away from Woodland Lake Park, Charlie Clark's Steakhouse, and many more!
Each space has its own A/C, heater, and fan. Dial in your comfort level and enjoy some quiet nights.
Plenty of outdoor entertainment areas to choose from, 2 covered decks, and a nice patio set.

A newly built 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage style home tucked below street level in a nice quiet neighborhood. Located in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside. Deer and other animals frequent the area. A master suite with a king bed and walk-in shower. The other bedroom has a twin over full bunk and a single twin as well sleeping up to 4 in that room alone. The common space is a great room with a kitchen and living space all in one.

Right across the street from the Hillside Hangout. Three bedroom two bath, also available for larger groups!
