Nice stay, perfect for a stay near the park.

Location is great and the hotel was nice, perfect for our needs during our 2 days at the Grand Canyon. The breakfast food was as expected but we’ve never had service like what we experienced in that eating area. There were at least 3 people that were hustling to help people. They were making the self serve pancakes for you and delivering them. They were taking trash from the tables so you didn’t have to. Super friendly and helpful to the point it really stood out.

I have more reservation problems with Holiday Inn properties than anyone else. I could only stay one night. No one could help me shorten my reservation. They were not easy to contact. Beware!

They were the most accommodating hotel I've ever stayed at. I needed early check in...DONE... I need a late check out...Done. I was in an event at the Grand Canyon that was keeping me very busy. This hotel went out of their way and took care of my needs. A deffinate place to return to.
