Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. A clean room is one of the most basic expectations you should have when staying at any hotel, and it's more important now than ever before. We are a Premier Best Western, and as such we should exceed this basic expectation. A lack of cleanliness can create a number of negative impacts on your stay, and you should not have to go through this while you are on vacation. Your room should be prepared and maintained with care and attention to detail, and I apologize that we failed you. We have been limiting our touch points by not offering service during your stay unless requested, and we understand this too has had an impact on your stay. Please consider giving us another chance. We believe we are better than this, and we would like to have another chance to show you.
