I would like to say that all our family we loved so much the place . The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were great. We definitely loved the food and the service . Everyone was kind . Kids liked the pool and arcade room. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very kind and attentive. Breakfast was worth the cost. We enjoyed our dinner both nights in the hotel. They offered smores in the evening which was a nice touch. The AC was a little loud but otherwise we were very comfortable.

In general stay was pleasant. Our group had 4 people and breakfast was supposed to be included. It was included for just 2 people which is deceptive. When checking out the Hotel attempted to add a $25 dollar fee for each night. We had to escalate to a supervisor to get the fee removed. This is also deceptive. A hotel stay should not be like buying a used car!

A fantastic stay! The hotel is very family-friendly, with great facilities and plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed, making it both comfortable and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better — just a short distance from the Grand Canyon Visitor Center. Highly recommended for families visiting the area!

I booked this property based on reviews I saw on Expedia. It was conveniently located to the Grand Canyon and other amenities in Tusayan. The property is large, with great onsite facilities. Kids eat free at breakfast and dinner, and the breakfast buffet was $20 per adult and decent. Lobby coffee was really good for hotel lobby coffee. There is a swim in movie in the evening for children in the indoor pool. The staff was all super friendly and provided great service!
