The only concern was the shower curtain needed replaced in the premium room 1211and the coffee maker didn't seem to work. Also, we had a tack on the floor beside one of the beds and my husband stepped on it. It didn't penetrate the skin, however. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and your hospitality was great!

The room was dated. Unfortunately the doors slammed when they closed and with people leaving early in the morning we were woken up several times throughout the night. We could hear people in hallway like they were in our room. The facility itself was really nice. There was a fire in the fireplace and the s’mores in the evening was cool. They communicated pretty well through text as well.

Everything about this property was amazing. From the cleanliness to the outdoor fire pits to catch up with fellow travelers, they have it all. Gil went out of his way to make us feel welcome. I wish all hotels could follow their example!!

I would like to say that all our family we loved so much the place . The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were great. We definitely loved the food and the service . Everyone was kind . Kids liked the pool and arcade room. We would definitely stay there again.
