It was a wonderful stay and close to the main road so we could get to attractions easier. The balcolny was amazing, we all enjoyed sitting out there watch the sunrise, the traffic and the Christmas lights.

The location was great. We could walk to several places (shops, restaurants, etc) I loved the view from the porch. The condo was huge and had everything we needed. Customer service/communication from the property manager was too notch

Perfect place to stay and close to everything. Unfortunately it rained too much during our stay, but we will definitely be back.

Excellent three bedroom condo

We had excellent communication from the on-site staff before during and after our stay. The three bedrooms were very large all with king size bed, which was perfect for Family and it even has to pull out couch. Highly recommend this place.

The kiddos loved spending the evening at the indoor pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Our condo was beautiful. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids. They also loved the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. The location was great and close to all major attractions in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. It is quite the drive to Cade’s Cove. My only complaint was the washer and dryer in the unit was awful. I did a load of towels and I ran the dryer 5 times and they were still wet. The washer is unlevel and makes a lot of noise which made me nervous because of us being above and next to other condos. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I just had to bring dirty clothes home instead of washing them there. Not a deal breaker and I would recommend this place to others.

Great Vacation

The only complaint I have is the mattress in the master bedroom has a big hump in the middle and slopes on both sides. Need a new mattress. Everything thing else perfect

We even saw a bear in the parking lot! Further down on the strip from things so made traffic easier. Galley kitchen is the only negative. Hard to cook with more than one person in the kitchen at a time. I would stay here again.

Get away

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and as seen in photos. The tub in master bedroom needs a new handle, was so lose you could hardly get it to turn on or off. Did report and they offered to come and look at it but we were leaving next morning and told them that I just wanted them to be aware of it. Also no heat ever reached the two back bedrooms. So very cold.

we did not get to spend much time in the unit other than breakfast and sleeping. we attended a wedding for the most part of saturday. got in late friday night and left at 7 sunday morning.the contract needs to specify what needs to be done prior to leaving other than trash. also we did not realize that we were to put the "tags" in the car- again no instructions

Overall great stay

Overall this was a great place to stay for our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). I rated 4 stars because of the cons listed below.Pros:- Location was excellent. Central location to all the best attractions but still set back enough that it wasn’t too load. There are Dollywood fireworks every night at 9:40pm out the back window that you can watch from the patio.- Everything was clean and beds were decently comfortable.- Water pressure on the showers was incredible - There is an indoor pool that is nice and the outdoor pool is smaller than the pictures make it look, but still fun for the kids- There are carts at the facility to easily haul your luggage up and down the elevator- Rooms were very spacious and all large beds- Stocked with dishes and cookware in the kitchen- Washer/Dryer in condoCons:- They did not provide any coffee filters, very few cheap trash bags, only one dishwashing pod. Seemed a little stingy for how much we paid and how many nights we were there. I would suggest one per night for future guest. So as a guest just know to bring all your own dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (there we a few extra rolls but not enough), trash bags, coffee filters, soap, etc. - I had to sign a rental agreement that included ‘If you stain the towels, you are responsible to pay a 150 fee’ — which why provide all white towels if you’re worried about stains??- Bring your own blankets because there we none except the thin comforters on the beds
