Xmas 2024 in the Smokies

Stayed with my husband, college age son and mother. It was very comfortable and having 3 full baths was perfect. Hand soap provided at every sink. Didn’t skimp on the tp :) The soap, shampoo, conditioner set in the showers were super handy. Plenty of hot water. We enjoyed watching the ducks every day swimming down the beautiful river. The balcony was very spacious with really nice furniture. Heated towel rack and ceiling fan in master bath. Had grand kids over to visit and they LOVED the video games. Also thank you for decorating for Xmas. Made it feel very homey. Super convenient location. Would stay again.

A perfect place to stay!

Communication with the owner was great as he always texted back quickly, was friendly and very helpful. The condo is very quiet and clean and is nicely furnished and decorated. My favorite chair at the condo is the rocking chair on the patio beside the river. That peaceful sound was very relaxing! We will be staying here again!

Great place!

I was impressed when I walked in the door. It was the perfect place for our group of 6. It was so nice to get there after a long drive and get a cup of coffee, which was already on hand. I especially enjoyed the automatic air fresheners keeping everything smelling amazing. It was very clean. The soap, conditioner and shampoo provided in the bathrooms were terrific and the dispenser much better than at any hotel I ever stayed in. My kids and I played the board games provided and really enjoyed it. The view of the river is pretty. I would stay again!

NICE, clean & great location

The building the condo is located in feels very safe and clean outside. The condo itself is roomy, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms...perfect for extended family staying together! It was clean, updated and the balcony overlooking the river was peaceful. We will definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation to Pigeon Forge! The layout was great for our family of 5 and it was close to all the attractions. The river view was so peaceful and we really appreciated all of the amenities! My favorite were the scented bath-bombs for the tub and all of the assorted teas and creamers. Plenty of room-Great view

We enjoyed the stay. There is plenty of room for a larger group. We enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese from the large balcony. A branch of the Little Pigeon River was right below us. It was wonderful to listen to. The condo has updated furnishings. The kitchen was nicely outfitted. It was great to have seasonings and some coffee available. It was very clean. The owners were easily accessible and checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable. It is close to everything in Pigeon Forge and being at the south end is 15-20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

Girls (and 1 guy) trip

When we first arrived we had trouble getting into the door with our code. I messaged the owner and he very promptly called me back. It most definitely may have been operator error but either way, we enjoyed our stay. It definitely looks bigger on the inside. We loved the river. We didnt love the ducks and geese thay didn't believe in bedtime. The property was very clean and exactly as described.

Was in area for a basketball tournament. Location made access to main road super easy and when not playing ball we were able to swim, enjoy the scenery, or go out since so close to it all!
