The room smelt like urine. There was a 1 inch crack under the front door. The sun would shine through the floor had not been mopped in forever. The beds felt like sleeping on a board.

Walkable to the Island and restaurants. The rooms need updating and the toilet base was broken and loose. You have to got next door to Regan’s Pancake house to eat breakfast. The voucher is god for 3 pancakes and a drink. The wait can be long to get in there. The vale for the price was good.

The room had a busted lamp shade- tub wasn’t very clean needs scrubbing- they didn’t put my 11 year old granddaughter on the breakfast ticket- only had 2 adults on it when I reserved the room I put 1 child on reservation- havent yet to receive my deposit back- we only stayed overnight to go to Dollywood and I only used 1 towel 1 washcloth- took my own trash out when I checked out- it was loud outside room- kept hearing kids hollering after 10pm at night- location of hotel is good - close to attractions-

I would have never booked this hotel had I known what I do now . The hotel floors were dirty , the rooms are not being cleaned so if you want clean towels you have to walk your dirty ones down and get new ones . One reason why I booked this place was because it had a free breakfast included but this only consisted of a voucher to go next door to get a few pancakes ONLY but you could pay $5 extra a person to get other options . I was just very disappointed in everything and won’t be booking red roof in again

I stayed in this hotel for two days. No house cleaner came to clean the room and the room was stinky second day. When I reported this to the customer care girl sitting in reception, she was extremely rude. She exploded with rage and stated she doesnot care. I regret being in this hotel and don’t recommend this to customers.

The property listed that it was a short walk to The Island but it failed to say that you would have to cross 6 lanes of busy traffic, no crosswalks or bridges. There were mattresses, refrigertors and laundry hampers in the hallways at all times of the day and night. The elevator was dirty and stinky, I had trouble under standing the front desk attendent, strong accent. The motel was run down and dated, alot patchwork on walls etc, sloppy work. Best to visit Pigeon Forge during the week to get better hotel rates at better hotels.

Staff was friendly, in the heart of town so can walk to a lot of places easily, family friendly area. The room was clean but the floors could have been mopped better. Also the elevator smells and at one point while we were there there was pee in the elevator floor from someones dog which explains why it stinks ciz if one has done it multiples have.

Property was unkept, shower a little unsafe, shower head was a trickle, bed linen slightly stained, great floor for animals however not clean; wiped up a spill and towel was black with dirt!

Easy check-in, clean rooms, friendly staff. Can walk to a lot of stores and a short walk to the Island. Would stay here again.
