Not good ,working on roof early am-Garage door opener not working had to get batteries- ro0fleaked water got ingarage -no instructions for coming in house except#'s for door no extra keyys if thst didn't work and was hard to work sometimesWifi didn't workwell-See report toVacasa wrote detailed report --believe the price was out of range for the property. the roofers never told is theyb were there we just woke up toloud noise on the roof-the inside of house was adequate.

We had trouble understanding how to get into the property. The one location didn't work and we did not know there was a second one so slept in car till we could get hold of someone to come and help us. The gate sticks and is hard to open and the screen door does not shut going into the house. We had trouble with the wi-fi also. Could have been us too. Overall it was ok.

Nicely updated home
Someone has take great care to update this older home. The flooring is new and everything has been newly painted. The linens and most kitchen items look to be new as well. The beds and interior were very comfortable. The patio area could have used more attention prior to our arrival, the bbq and chairs were nice but everything was covered in leaves and dirt. I notified Vacasa and it looked like someone stopped by and some point and swept the leaves on the chairs onto the patio floor. So now instead of sitting on leaves our feet could rest on top of the piles of leaves on the ground. Sadly we opted to just not use the patio. We also notified Vacasa that the front loading washing machine needed to have the seal cleaned since it was covered in a thick coating of mold. Leaving the laundry room smelling musty. It made me a little uneasy that the sheets We were sleeping on had been washed in that moldy washer. Our complaints were about the way the house was being maintained by an outside company and not about the house itself.

Recently painted and new flooring. Very livable. Fondue keys were not in lockbox. It took about an hour to get a hold of the rental company. They refunded some money to compensate.
