Spacious kitchen with newer appliances. Master bedroom has large attached bathroom with shower and garden bathtub. Second bedroom also has attached full bathroom. Located 5 minutes from assortment of restaurants, grocery stores, discount shopping store, drug stores and University of Western Florida Hospital.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 more in front of the house. Garage door access is not currently available.
