I was charged twice by the staff and they gave me no assistance in getting my money refunded.

Unprofessional staff. The desk clerk was rude and her mask was pretty much shredded. WHY WEAR ONE! I gave her a new mask! No thank you’s, she just put it on. If the staff puts a sign up for all people to wear a mask I think they should at least wear one that is new, clean and actually serves a purpose. Set a damned example people! I asked for a room on the first floor if it was available and was told ok, but I had to wait an hour or more so the housekeeper could get it cleaned. Mind you it was already 7pm! Only1 housekeeping crew on staff?! Then I was told NO by the manager. A double queen room HAD to be handicap assessable because that’s what I chose online due to that was the only room avail to choose. But with other double rooms being available she would not change it because I used Travelocity. Meanwhile, I waited an hour in my car for nothing! So 3rd floor it was. The room was out dated and unclean. No odor of cleaners being used. I disinfected the room myself. The beds were hard as rock and old. The noise level was ridiculous. The AC would not turn off FREEZE. We got ZERO sleep. Morning breakfast to go was a container with a sealed hard boiled egg, a sealed plain bagel , a fruit cup, and a tiny yogurt. Odd combination and no spreads for the bagel. Weird! Overall, this hotel is low class ghetto. Keep looking elsewhere

I booked a 2 queen suite with sofa for 5 people. This location staff said they don’t have any suites my son had to sleep on the dirt ass floor. No room for roll away. I paid premium price for the suite at $144 the type room I received was listed on Travelocity for $89 if they can’t resolve this won’t use Travelocity again

Nice Hotel, clean, quiet, and updated. They did have a portable A/C unit cooling the main building area, so I assume they have a main A/C issue, but the room unit worked great.....nice and cool. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but it seemed like the quality was better than other places I've stayed....main courses such as eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, fruit, DIY waffles, and other small items. Very nice stay for 2 days. Staff was friendly, but I wouldn't say they would go too far out of their way.
