This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath downstairs unit at the Purple Parrot Village Resort located in a secluded area of the resort. This condo comfortably sleeps a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The living room includes all new furnishings is equipped with a television, DVD player, internet, and a memory foam sleeper sofa. The bedroom also contains a king bed, and a television. The kitchen is fully furnished and this vacation home includes a washer and dryer in the condo. **This condo now has a brand new tub/shower combination with safety bars and the decor has been updated throughout! Come check out the recent updates, give us a call to book now!

~ The Purple Parrot Tiki Bar & Grill will be closing seasonally this year for the cooler months and will not reopen until February 1, 2026. The pool and other amenities will remain open and available for guest and owner use.
