There was nothing I like about Baymont Inn the room walls are plastered where they try to fix the walls rooms wasn't clean very well. The staff was misinformed about things they should know. Tried to get my deposit back and had to give to someone else because I couldn't pick it up when I left. Went back to Virginia and had someone else pick up my money. Place wasn't clean will not stay their again.

First room, electric switch and microwave did not work. Horrible smell in room. Soiled sofa. Smoke alarm went off and I was told “it does not”. Showed the Manager picture of roaches that were n the bathroom. Was given a 10% for my 2 nights of stay. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Outside looks nice. Inside is run down. Everything in the rooms smelt musky and were wet. Asked for another room, which turned out to be the same way, lady said the sheets must not have been dryed completely. When going back to orginal room then found dehumidifier in closet. Stayed 2 nights and drained 10 gallons of water from humidifier. Would not stay here again.

Most facilities have changed from carpet to flooring, however, the floor needs to be mopped when servicing the room. When I walk around barefooted and get in the shower my feet make dirty water from the bottom of my feet.

There was a filthy stai ed up sofa in the room that needs to be cleaned or removed. We didn't even want to walk past it. Something might be in it. One of the mattresses had a dip in it, it's time to be replaced. Took a shower the next morning just to find roaches in there with me. I checked out after the roach incident and the rudeness at the front desk. I liked the fridge and microwave.
