Good location for shopping, eating. Doesn’t feel as secured as it should! Room can be improved, no amenities like coffee machine, one set of towels for 2 people, tv doesn’t work! No continental breakfast! This place was Belmont facility in its heyday! Staff can be improved in serving customer. We did not felt welcome here as much as its impressive facility look.

Under renovations, our room was done, and it was horrible. Sheetrock wasnt smooth. Ceiling looks like a kindergartener did it. Grout around tile was ugly and unprofessional. Tv didnt work. Called and never heard back from desk. Desk clerk was hard to understand and couldnt answer simple questions with a horrible accent. Couldnt give me a receipt

All i wanted was a warm bed and a shower. The first night i found out there was no blanket, only bedsheets on top of the bed. I had to use towels to stay barely warm. The extremely loud clunky heater would turn on and off every 30 seconds. The shower water was barely luke warm, taking a cold shower after a cold night makes one grumpy person. The room was supposed to be non smoking. It smelled, and smelled like its been smoked many times. There is construction happening all around, dirty, dusty everywhere. Its been bought off from very old Baymount hotel, so there are few branding names on items inside.
