The pet policy said that it was pet friendly. There was nothing on the Travelocity or Baymont web site regarding weight limits. When I arrived after a 12 hour drive, I was informed that I was not allowed to stay. I had to scramble around to find a true pet friendly hotel. I have a large show dog that is very well behaved. She is a certified Therapy Dog and allowed to go into hospitals and nursing homes. To not have a visible listing of the limit on the pet policy is misleading at best. I will look right past Baymont in the future and continue to another hotel even if I'm not traveling with a pet.

There was nothing I like about Baymont Inn the room walls are plastered where they try to fix the walls rooms wasn't clean very well. The staff was misinformed about things they should know. Tried to get my deposit back and had to give to someone else because I couldn't pick it up when I left. Went back to Virginia and had someone else pick up my money. Place wasn't clean will not stay their again.

First room, electric switch and microwave did not work. Horrible smell in room. Soiled sofa. Smoke alarm went off and I was told “it does not”. Showed the Manager picture of roaches that were n the bathroom. Was given a 10% for my 2 nights of stay. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Outside looks nice. Inside is run down. Everything in the rooms smelt musky and were wet. Asked for another room, which turned out to be the same way, lady said the sheets must not have been dryed completely. When going back to orginal room then found dehumidifier in closet. Stayed 2 nights and drained 10 gallons of water from humidifier. Would not stay here again.
