This private river access home is perfectly located between Buckskin and Parker Dam on the Arizona side of the Colorado river. You can launch in a few minutes at the private launch ramp or drive 10 minutes to takeoff point near the Dam and be on Lake Havasu. The property has full RV parking with hook ups. There is out side parking for boats. The views of the river and rock formations are unbelievable. If you want to go off roading you can go straight from the house. All the restaurants and bars are minutes away by boat or car.
