The house had all you could wish for (kitchen with all appliances, internet and modern tv where kids could even watch youtube etc), but the house wasn't clean - host didn't know we were coming so I give credits for that, but even with that in mind and coming back a few hours later, it was too dusty, cat hair everywhere and no vacuum cleaner or so in the house or we would have done it etc) and even though it looked recently renovated it was done poorly, so everything was loose or so (toilet seat, outside door that couldn't lock, cracked floor to make you trip in the bedroom, don't move the dining room table because it felt like it might fall apart and so on). It really looks better on the pictures than it was as all renovations were of poor quality).
It was just a 22min train to Paris Gare de l'Est though, which was perfect to explore the city with the kids. Host reserved a parking spot in front of the house for us daily which was very nice. Host even offered us to stay another night very friendly host.
First day we had trouble finding the address as it wasn't stated in Expedia and at the map provide was incorrect. Then Expedia gave us multiple incorrect telephone numbers so it was really stressful to find the property! So if you have booked and read this: it's house number 54!!
Host was very friendly and helpful once we were finally in contact!
