"The property was pretty great! We really enjoyed that our room was ocean front and super close to the pool and bar. We stayed at the Tamarijn resort which is just a short shuttle ride away from the other resorts. The divi is right next door and has nightly music from different bands! Each night was a fun time! The Caribbean temptation drinks were the absolute best!! How ever make sure they are fixing virgin drinks for your kids. My daughter is 13 and was served several alcoholic beverages even tho she had the child bracelet on. The cleaning crew was so nice and kind and did a great job! The front desk staff was awesome too! And so welcoming! Annacorina with the concierge made an absolute mess of our tour reservations and never once took any responsibility or tried to help! She was absolutely ridiculous and told me that I should’ve just been happy with the tour we got to go on even tho she booked the wrong tour!! Even after asking multiple times “this is the one that takes us to conchi? Correct?” She assured us that it was. It was in fact NOT the correct tour! She never tried to fix it. I asked for a manager and she said they were not there that day. Of course they weren’t. Other than her, the rest of our trip was great! The beach at divi was gorgeous! All the beaches were beautiful!"

"The gym was amazing - I got a great workout each day. The staff was beyond kind, and Peter was very helpful in arranging a taxi for us to the airport. We ate at the adult pool restaurant a couple of times, and the food was solid! It is a short walk to the beach, which wasn't a problem for us, but there is a shuttle if you need it. There are Radisson-specific umbrellas right on the beach. The room was super clean and I would recommend getting the ocean view room."
