Won’t be going back to this resort. Most of the staff were rude. A few were polite. The mattress was horrible. Best part about this place is all the off property places that are within walking distance.

It’s a wonderful resort. The beach is not over crowded like some of the other hotels on the strip. Their newly renovated cabanas are beautiful with cold storage in these modern tables. Every morning the staff provide snacks in containers with bottles of water inside the tables for your convenience. They have a storage cupboard for you to place all of your belongings for the day. The cots are very comfortable with two cushioned chairs on the side for guests to use. The Pool is refreshing and cools you off after a long hot day at the beach or cabana. We also had a delicious dinner at the sunset grill one of their own restaurants. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, extremely friendly and very helpful.Its location is prefect , right near all the shops and restaurants within walking distance to everything! Shout out to Vicky and the other ladies working upstairs at the palm beach club. So nice and extremely helpful. They just renovated the space last summer and it has a magnificent roof top lounge with its outdoor eating area overlooking the resort and beach! I would definitely stay at the Hilton palm beach club where they serve breakfast lunch and delicious snacks with cocktails every day. Can’t wait to come back to Aruba and to see all the many changes to the hotel since the renovation started last year. Looks great so far. Looking forward to all the new additions. See you February!

All is good except the ongoing construction of a new building. Understand that that is the business plan. But the noise sometimes is beyond the promised comfort of a vacation. We had NOT been warned about it. There should have been at least some discount or an offer to compensate for it.

We just loved the staff. Everybody was super friendly and kind, especially in their little coffee/café- the ladies working there were talkative helpful & had my coffee waiting for me every time!!! The hotel is under construction, but have done a great job making it not too intrusive. We definitely go back.

I stayed at the hilton every year. Very disappointed with the amount they charged for all the constuction noise and half the pool facilities being closed

Everyone at the property was so nice and friendly. There was construction but it really wasn’t that noticeable nor did it take away from any enjoyment. Beach staff was attentive and helpful. Two downsides, the beachside towels are thin and short and the style of lounger (plastic slats) isn’t my personal preference but you can’t beat those Aruba water views!!

Construction noise on the beach for a very expensive holiday. We paid daily resort fees and had to listen to construction the lovely smell of diesel fuel. Thanks Hillton!!
