"We truly enjoyed our stay, and overall, the experience at the resort was excellent. The villa itself was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was having a private pool located just beyond our sliding doors, which made the space feel relaxing and convenient. While we had a great time, there were a few areas where additional information at check‑in would have improved our stay. For example, we were not informed about the locations of the main pools, even though our villa was only a short walk away from one. We also did not learn until later that the resort had multiple water‑filling stations available throughout the property. Since our room did not include bottled water, knowing this upfront would have been very helpful. In addition, more guidance about the resort’s daily activities would have made it easier for us to plan our time. We found ourselves having to explore and figure things out on our own, rather than receiving an overview at the front desk. Information about beach access, shuttle schedules between the different resort areas (including the all‑inclusive, Dutch, and golf properties), and restaurant options would have been valuable during check‑in. We also later learned that guests without an all‑inclusive package could purchase a card to access restaurants and bars at the other resort locations. This would have been useful to know from the beginning so we could make informed decisions about dining and activities."
