Hot tub broken and no pool service despite front desk assurance the area was open and she was sending a waiter. Was a stay-cation for us but we probably won’t be back. Better for conventions like it was having with ppl who don’t desire amenities.

Very nice property friendly staff and clean. Nothing to do with the Hotel but the Lubbock road system is difficult even with GPS, a lot of parallel close together roads.
