Room was non smoking but smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was not clean. Something sticky had been spilled on night stand and not wiped up.

The hotel does not have an elevator. I wasn’t aware of this when I booked it. I had to get an upstairs room because they didn’t have any clean ones available on the lower level when I arrived to check in and I didn’t have time to wait. The towels in our room smelled awful. We had to ask for more. The tub had a slow drain so after showering, the water was up to my ankles. The next person to shower had to wait for it to drain then we had to clean the tub because the soap settled in the bottom. It was extremely frustrating. I’m not sure why this hotel has an 8.0 rating. At best I would give it a 6.0.
