full discloser

My experience was good, but not great, one thing that took me by surprise, was the hotel put a $100.00 dollar hold on my card, to cover the resort fee, which was only $20.00, I think should be disclose at the time of booking so people can plan for it. on all my other visits to other hotels, I just payed the resort fee at check in.

Pros: location
Location: lot of activities and restaurants
Had to ask for towels. had to pay for a resort fee for each day that I stayed. Thought it was included in the cost.

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad you enjoyed our central location with proximity to activities and countless restaurants. We are, however, disappointed to learn that you had to ask for towels. We hope our team was able to deliver them right away. Travelocity does list our resort fee under the Fees section located below the available rates. We hope you allow us another opportunity to exceed your expectations on your next trip to the Orlando area.

This hotel has king size beds and kitchen area!

We only stayed for a quick night before our flight but it was very clean and roomy. I would consider staying here again.

family trip

Pros: The pool and hot tub were nice. Also really enjoyed the location of the hotel in proximity to Universal. Having a bar onsite was also a plus.
Cons: The rooms were tight, but other than that in good condition.
Location: Universal is really close....... enjoyed playing miniature golf one night and getting ice cream before coming home
We stayed for 3 nights while exploring places in the area. Very convenient to Universal ($10 Uber or cab ride). It was close to everything but not on a busy road which we liked. The resort is updated and clean. Staff are professional and friendly. The pool and hottub were very relaxing and never too busy. We enjoyed being able to have a drink at the pool and having breakfast available onsite. If you stay more than a few days you can also shop and use the mini fridge for simple meals. My only "complaint" was the size of the room..... it was pretty tight for 4 people who were staying there...... We ordered lunch one day while there and it was ok but nothing spectacular....... but was easier than running out to pick something up. We would stay again next time in the area..... great deal for the $$$. Very family friendly.

Great resort!!!

We had a great 5 night stay at the hotel....the staff was great...pleasant and available for whatever we needed. We only ate breakfast at the hotel 2 mornings but it was very good. The pool was great and the bartender at the pool was a doll. The absolute only complaint I have about staying at this hotel is the shuttle to the theme parks. It was completely over crowded the both days we went to Epcot with people arguing for a seat and was late in picking us up both nights by over 30 minutes. We didn't use it to go to Universal because it's only a 5 minute ride so we called an Uber car. We didn't use Uber to go to Epcot because it's further away and would have cost more.

Quiet hotel with excellent staff.

Pros: Quiet, clean, great staff.
Cons: Breakfast Buffet is not a great deal.
Location: Close to all major attractions.
We checked in over a holiday weekend and received courteous and efficient service from all of the staff we encountered. We unfortunately, left an item at the hotel and the staff was able to retrieve the item and arrange to have it shipped to us at home. Great Job!

Dear Stacey, Thank you for staying with us. We are delighted to read that you enjoyed your 8 night vacation in our clean resort with our friendly team. We do apologize that the temperature of our pool was not warm enough for you. We just finished redoing our pool so it may have not been heated all the way yet but we will have our engineering team check on this to ensure it is heated to an appropriate temperature.
