I did not like the fact that i had no wifi on the 4th floor in building B. However, I asked for another which was granted. However, i could not sleep because there was a loud noise like a generator that was on all day and throughout the night. Not to mention some of the staff members talking loudly early in the morning outside my room.

The breakfast was great! We booked for a very good price. The pillows had dirt spots and so did our towels. New towels and pillows and along with the pillows. The comforter did not look clean either. There was an exposed electrical outlet with the face plate coming off from behind the lamp desk next to the bed. And the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either but staff were nice. Just wish I didnt have to worry about new sheets and clean towels and pillows.

Looks like someone spilled sauce on the side of the bed which was sad because in order to make the bed you wouldnt have missed the saice that was on the floor and down the bed skirt which was removable and could be washed. There was hair in thw shower. Fridge didnt work corecctly there was an ice cube tray that was 25 percent frozen. Had my water in there for 3 hours never got cold and the airconditioner blew out air but didnt get cold. Room was by the dumpster and smelled like it inside the room. Switched rooms after being in the first one with a king which i payed for for the first couple hours to the room next door. Smelt slitely better. New room was 2 double beds. Wors than being back at home. Staff was great. Not worth 125 dollars i spent.

The location and shuttle service was great! I wasn’t aware that you had to call for room service and used the same towels for 3 days. I attempted to call the front desk several times, but got no answer. Once I walked to the front desk and asked for towels, I was immediately given towels and my room was serviced very well the following day. The rooms are dated and in need of repair. The toilets were difficult to flush, the pillows were flat and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Bad cell phone reception (Not thier fualt) but absolutely no wifi reception near my room. Also had a cockroach in our room. Everything seemed clean but still had a cockroach.
