First room we got smelled badly of mildew/mold and actaully had water leaking inside window sill. Second room smelled much better, but the floor towel was damp like it had been used and even the shower bar of soap was missing but the wrapper was nicely placed on the floor towel. When trying to go up to 3rd floor in elevator from 1st, elevator would not work at all. But when u go to 2nd floor and hit the up button it worked just fine to go up.

The photos in the listing do not match reality. The hotel, which appears new in the pictures, is actually old—at best, it underwent a poorly done renovation. The beds are not comfortable. I checked in late, and upon entering the room, I noticed the bathroom had no shower curtain. Given the time, it was impossible to replace it that night. The next morning, I woke up to find a leak coming from the air conditioner. I reported both issues to the front desk. However, when I returned at night on the second day, the shower curtain had still not been installed, the AC leak had not been fixed, and the room was flooded. We ended up being moved to another room. Breakfast is extremely basic, with no protein options—not even eggs. At my late check-in, the front desk agent was on a video call. I understand that since it was late at night, he may have been passing the time chatting with someone, which is not an issue in itself. However, what I found uncomfortable was that even after I arrived, he continued his video call. To me, this came across as unprofessional. In my subsequent interactions with the front desk, I was assisted by a very kind employee who courteously handled my request to change rooms due to the previously reported issues.

Only thing good about this hotel was the location. Very centrally located. Poor cleanliness, rooms was like a ice skating ground due to water. Breakfast same old everyday with no much options.

The wood was so gross, the wood was rotting on the desk and chair. There was rust from the bed frame all over the floor. The bathroom looked like it had been skipped when cleaning and we hope it was dust and not mold on the ceiling

The staff that checked me in at the desk was great. If you do stay watch out for the speed bumps and the potholes, And the parking lot is dark. The only thing that was nice was the AC. The room had mold on the walls and in the bathroom. The floors were sticky and the sheets smelled horrible. Don’t leave the door open long as there were roaches outside. BIG ONES. Would have left if I didn’t already pay for the room ahead of time.

No es buen sitio para estar, esta bien maltratado. El dia que me llegue me dieron una habitacion sucia con tierra en el piso, luego me dieron otra que no abria, la puerta estaba dañada, la 3ra tenia filtraciones de agua del HVAC que corria por toda la habitacion y la luz no funcionaba, ya la 4ta estuvo "bien". Necesita una reparacion capital, paredes, banos, pisos todo necesita reparacion y mantenimiento . No volveré.

Horrible place to stay. Consider wyndham garden that is next door and much cleaner. I was suprised to find dirty floors in the hallways and a yellow pool which made it clear that no one has been cleaning. The room we stayed in (3rd floor) looked nothing like the pictures posted! The night lamp and bed headboard were oxydated. The shower took forever to heat up and the room we stayed in was humid the entire night! Our bed sheets lieterally felt like they were wet and the floors would not dry! They also did not provide extra blankets or conditioner. We did have a small shampoo, soap and towels tho. The property in general is oudated and gross. The only good thing is it was only 12 min away from epic universe and the parks and had an i hop and walgreens nearby. We ate at ihop because i did not trust the breakfast included here. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your stay even if its a little more expensive.

While this hotel is definitely no frills, it provided exactly what we needed for the trip. Pilar and Martin went above and beyond for us! They continuously helped out when I had several additional requests to make our stay better, plus they were both very friendly! They really made the place stand out to us. We would all happily stay here again.

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HARE. Mold In the rooms, the kids Splash Zone doesn't work, the headboards are made of fiber and they're filthy and the breakfast buffet does not offer any sausage or eggs. Only waffles cereal and oranges. The parking lot is not paved, it's full of potholes everywhere. This place needs to be shut down for a total renovation.

Check in took a while as there was only 1 person to answer the phone, help guests and deliveries but they did allow me to check in an hour early. Parking lot is full of potholes that are hard to avoid. The room was like it had been sitting there since the 60s. The room smelled like mildew 100% of the time. The floor was sticky. There was rust on the lamp shades and the bed’s headboard was dingy and dirty. The mattress was thin and springy. The pictures of the room on the listing are a lie because no way did the room have an upgrade like that. Didn’t see the pool or restaurant so can’t confirm what those looked like.
