Nice home. Booking agent messed up

We booked for our family vacation to Disney. We requested early check in, we were given a price, we approved and replied that we wanted it. We made our plans, then the day before, we find out they rented it and we did not in fact get the early check in. So we were stuck in Orlando that morning with no where to go. They admitted they messed up, but did nothing to fix the issue

Very dirty with bugs . Wet folded towels on the bed when we arrived and hair in the tub. 2nd day there exterminator had to come just awful. Oh and watch your cards with magic box. charged my deposit twice first time. Took money off my card 2 weeks after I had done checked out and gotten my deposit back. Talking about a blanket was ripped . We didn’t even lay on them nasty blankets. And why give me my deposit then decide something was wrong. Joke

Our stay was way to short! The condo was satisfactory! One issue the main shower in the condo was not working and they didnt get someone over to fix until our 4th day there. So that was a i bit of a inderence. Outside of that everything was great. Close to everything and nice and queit clean and wel kept.

Nice area, home was nice overall but definitely needs maintenance and upgrades. All the sink drains could use a good cleaning or some drano. One bathroom the shower faucet doesnt work. The poor dryer is so old and rusted, took almost 2 hours to dry laundry. It was very clean, minimally decorated. My son did really love the mickey themed room. Quiet area, the pool was to cold so we didnt get to try that.

Overall the property was decent. It was minimally furnished but had the basics. The property was mostly clean enough but could use some updates. The towels came from an outside towel service and were packaged in bundles (ie: a bath towel, hand towel, and pool towel for each person) and sealed in plastic. This should have indicated they were "clean" but hairs were found in several packages. The bedrooms were fine and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could use some updating. The splash pool and outdoor space was nice to have, with the main pool area very close. There was an issue with the lock on the back door (it didn't work and the only lock was a hook that was not very securely attached to the wall). This was brought to the attention of the property management, when noticed, on the second day of our vacation, but unfortunately was not dealt with during our week long stay. There was a bit of a safety concern with this so hopefully will be fixed! The property is in a great gated community, close to restaurants and within 15 minutes of shopping and Disney.

Stuck in Orlando after our cruise cancelled

The property was clean. It close to Disney parks, Walmart, and a variety of restaurants. My kids enjoyed the pool on the property (which was small a great size for my 2 young children) and the additional community pool which was steps away from the back entrance of the property. We also appreciated that the host were able to accommodate us. Our cruise cancelled and we needed last minute accommodations on memorial day weekend. The gated community could be cleaned up a touch but we attributed this to the fact that there were multiple rentals due to the holiday. Overall a great experience.
