The staff is very helpful and friendly! The hotel was a little rundown but you cant beat the price, especially with how close it is to Magic Kingdon without being on Disney property! I really have no complaints. It had everything I needed and it all worked.

I’m going to give my honest opinion I just came back from my stay at the hotel. There’s no housekeeping I got to the point that my husband had to go ask for towels because they never bought us any other towels besides the one that they gave us the first day They never went to clean the room, and we kept seeing warms inside the room nonstop, and another thing I didn’t like about that place was the fact that there was no space to put your clothes. There was no closet or drawers or anything. I ended up folding my clothes and putting it on top of the table mines and the kids and on top of that the microwave was not even working properly. It would just let you put 30 seconds. It wouldn’t let you type in minutes or anything but besides that the place was quiet, and the surroundings was good in the sense of there was a lot of places that you can go eat and it was good distance from the park that we were going to.

We were hoping for a simple place to spend the night. We saw the offer on Hotel.com. It seemed decent in terms of quality and photos, but nothing like the photos. Upon arrival, we were told we had to pay an additional $30 for a deposit. The place is frozen in time. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The sheets were burnt. The bed was like a plastic sheet, which was uncomfortable to sleep on, since if you moved, you could hear the plastic noise. There was a dead frog and worms in the bathroom. The hygiene was questionable. The towels had hair on them, even though they were clean. The included breakfast...not to mention it. First and last experience there. In short, the place didn't meet our expectations for $75 a night...

Worth it for what you pay

While the property is under some renovations, it is still a nice property to stay. Very much just gives you the bear essentials for a common stay. The staff is extremely kind. The free Disney shuttle is very worth it.

The staff was friendly. The free shuttle to Disney's parks was great. It's a nice bonus that is also a cost saver to an already good rate. The free breakfast is also good however there were not many choices compared to other hotels I've stayed at. It is a motel not a hotel so there can be some noise issues, especially from young kids, but that is the nature of a motel so not a negative for this place in particular, just something to be aware of in general. The room was a decent size but not very modern. But if you are going to be at the parks all day, all you need is a bed and bathroom and from that point of view the room was acceptable. There were a few issues with my room in particular and I gave a list to a manager who thanked me for letting him know. If I go back to the area I would stay there again.

Very dirty and run down

Very dirty and rundown. Chipped and dirty bathtub and shower area, floor titles warped in room for water damage, terrible breakfast, everything in the place was run down and filthy. Dogs barking at you and unsavory people wandering about.
