Although the front desk staff( forgot her name) was super friendly, honestly I would never stay there again! It’s okay if you don’t plan on staying in your room, just a place to sleep. There’s people , extremely rude and miserable people, living there! Especially the man in room 205! Cleanliness could be much better, pool was not working, no working ice machines or laundry machines. Place is accessible to local shopping centers but lots of sketchy people living there! Don’t stay there with small children!!

This property should be shut down by the health department as well as the city. Dirty, moldy,uncleaned. The ac filters were so caked with dust/dirt, I had to clean them to make the ac work properly. The sprinklers where rusted, exit and emergency signs where broken and cracked. The sheets and pillowcases were stained and nasty.

We liked the location but the rooms were very dirty stains on a the sheets and blankets and pillows and we found bugs in our room there was little kids running all around and no parents around grounds were dirty and no plugs in the room

The room I asked for the shower was leaking from the head and faucet onto the toilet and floor , so I changed rooms the second room the toilet was not flushing properly ,I called front desk and was told that a maintenance man till 10am. Next morning, soI had to wait till next morning to use the ty.

Rooms were rundown Dirty. Beds were hard. Dirty walls. dirty floors. dirty bathroom and dirty premisis. Not safe. Not wel lit. Alot of majuianna and loud ness. Id never ever reccommend this place. No way does it deserve a 100.00 deposit. I asked for a refund on day two and they refused. Pool was closed too. Terrible breakfast also. All old n cold. Terrible place n management was terrible.

yes, the room was neglected, dirty, and broken fridge broken coffee maker. Broken dryer broken switches and no hot water. Bathroom was very disgusting and the toilet would flush and it kept clogging up.

What didn’t go right is a long list, the room was run down and disgusting and I felt like I was going to get bugs, the person at the front counter was not so friendly when checking in. Very friendly when checking out though! And I didn’t even go to breakfast because I was afraid of food poisoning! It was NOT a good experience!

The room was absolutely horrendous and nothing like the pictures depicted. The room was absolutely filthy and not at all maintained. We had live and dead cockroaches in our room. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the room beside. We ended up only spending a few hours since we landed late and cancelled our reservation first thing the next morning. I cannot believe that they would even rent these rooms. Absolutely STAY AWAY !

Not very clean, not very safe feeling. The area feels like a crack den. I didn’t feel super safe, I unloaded my car at midnight and there were just people walking all around at that late at night. A lot of crack heads. Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms luckily I slept there only one night.

Please don’t book here if you enjoy staying in a clean comfortable and safe hotel. I just needed to sleep for 1 night after long day at park with my daughter and I didn’t even stay. Left immediately, I was refunded but front desk didn’t make it easy either at it was late I was definitely annoyed. It’s just not clean, it stinks, and people were hanging outside with patio white chairs like it was bad, don’t do it.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Orlando.It was infested with cockroaches, the towels were old and yellow, and the sheets also had yellow stains.Very different from the photos. The only pleasant thing about the hotel was the reception service.
