The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Windsor Hills Resort – a comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with high-speed Wi-Fi and room for 6.



SLEEPING: a master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds – perfect for the kids – sharing the second full bathroom.

LIVING: a bright open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen for easy family meals, and a full laundry facility in the home.

RESORT: Windsor Hills is one of the closest resort communities to Walt Disney World, with a fantastic clubhouse and a huge resort-style pool with water slide and splash area, plus fitness center, arcade, movie theater and sports courts.



LOCATION: just 6 minutes to Walmart, 20 minutes to Walt Disney World, 18 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 23 minutes to Universal Studios.



Guest Access:

The whole home is yours to enjoy – all three bedrooms, kitchen, living area and laundry. Registered guests also get full access to the Windsor Hills Resort clubhouse, resort-style pool and amenities (all guest names must be registered before arrival for resort access). Parking is available at the home.



The Neighborhood:

Windsor Hills Resort is one of Kissimmee's most popular gated vacation communities – famous for being just minutes from Walt Disney World. Families love the clubhouse and its huge resort-style pool with water slide and splash area, along with the fitness center, arcade, movie theater, sundry shop and tennis and basketball courts.



Right outside the gates you'll find Walmart, Publix, pharmacies and dozens of restaurants along US-192 and Formosa Gardens, with Disney's theme parks, the Premium Outlets and Universal Studios all an easy drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the home. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35 minutes by car; US-192 and the Western Way entrance whisk you to Walt Disney World in about 20 minutes, with the Premium Outlets 18 minutes away and Universal Studios 23. Walmart is just 6 minutes down the road. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

Great location, and well appointed

We loved staying at Windsor Hills! We are snowbirds so this was an extended stay. The Property Management Company responded promptly to all our questions. The Disney room was so cute! Out grandson loved it when he visited. We would definitely stay here again if available for our dates. Our only concern was that the living room furniture was stained, but we bought a cheap set of sheets at Aldi's and conference them up. Problem solved!

Overall, the stay was pretty good but lack of communication and action of maintenance

Overall the condo was as described so happy about that. As soon as we got into the condo we noticed the dishwasher door was broken and didn’t stay closed. Later the day when we went to turn it on it wouldn’t start because the door wouldn’t close. Two out of the four burners on the stove also didn’t work. I notified Stars Vacation right away but nothing was ever done. No dishwasher made it very difficult with four adults and two kids and only having two burners was less than ideal when cooking. The fact that no one ever came to fix these or really even acknowledged the inconvenience of these broken items was very disappointing.

The place was clean, safe and a decent little condo to stay for my daughter Vball Nationals. Lots of thing and restaurants around. Communication with owners were great they did a great job responding to my needs. It was perfect spot for me for the price. Thank you for letting us stay.

Quiet and Relaxing

We loved that is property was towards the back of the complex and was for the most part very quiet. The apartment was very clean and perfect for us.

Not very Covid friendly

Cons - for charging $150 a night this property is really cheap. They provided no hand soap and no dish soap. When you arrive they only give you one bar of soap for each bathroom. We are big into washing our hands and staying sick free. So it was super fun to tell our kids to go in the shower and get the 1 bar of soap and wash their hands. So no hand soap in the kitchen, hardly any towels, 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 garbage sacks for a 7 day stay. They made it very difficult to stay clean and to sanitize for Covid. You can tell they just did not care. There is a Walmart just down the street but that is a joke. You go there and everything is pillaged and the lines to just checkout are 30 to 45 minutes on average (no matter the time of day you go). We were talking to our person at Walmart who checked us out and he said its always like that and its the norm. He said they close at 10 PM but its 1 before he can leave work because the lines are so long. So we went to get dish soap, hand soap, and washing detergent and the Walmart was all out. So we had to go to a dollar store a long way away. The other downside is all the light switches are made for little kids (about 3 feet off the ground) and the toilets are made for little kids so if your a teenager or adult your luck to get half a cheek on there :) Also, we did not have a good experience with the clubhouse (and that was the main reason we chose to stay here). It is super crowded (they really should have 2 pools for how many units are in the complex) and no one was wearing a mask. People would show up at the crack of dawn and save all the seats and stay there all day. The pool was pretty dirty too (old bandaids and stuff floating). The staff at the main gates were nice and professional but the staff at the clubhouse was really rude and curt. One reason we liked this unit was because it was close to the basketball quart but it was $15 to rent a basketball at the clubhouse. I only had $12 cash so they made me go to the ATM and they changed the access code to the door without telling me so it took over an hour just to rent the basketball. So those are all the cons. Pros - it was quiet, it was family friendly, and it was clean overall. Would I stay there again? No I would not.
