While inside enjoy the pool table, bar and bar games along with the newly installed arcade games, electronic darts, skeetball, pinball, basketball, claw machine, popcorn and cotton candy machine, along with the arcade1 game table. The fully equipped spacious kitchen has everything you need to make a homemade meal along with a hydrpolcis herb garden. The dining room seats 8 and an island that seats 4. As soon as you walk in you will be amazed at how open this home feels, lots of space for a large family or friends to be together. This home is fully wheelchair accessible and has a chair lift to take you to the second floor where all the bedrooms are located, it has one walk in shower that is located in the master bedroom and the downstairs has a half bath. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. It has lots of toys to keep young ones busy while you relax and enjoy the large covered lakeside deck with breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and mountain. Enjoy a cup of coffee in our espresso latte machine and watch the sunrise and listen to the loons on the lake and get ready to enjoy a day on the lake! We have available to you a private boat slip, a shared swimming dock, a few kayaks , paddle board, life jackets , outdoor games along with a full size tennis court! End the day with a fire at the shared fire pit. Don’t forget to explore all that Old Forge has to offer! Late spring into early summer some of the seasonal shops are starting to open. It’s about the quietest time in Old Forge. In the summer enjoy New York States largest water park, Enchanted Forest Water Safari, Fulton chain boat tours, The historic Strand Theatre, The Blue Mountain Museum, these are just some of the many activities that are available in the area! My favorite time of year is fall! Old Forge is starting to slow down but you can still enjoy some fall activities like the scenic chairlift to see the beautiful fall leaves, some of the shops are still open at this time, along with a fall boat tour it’s truly the most beautiful time of the year! Old forge has got to be one of the best places to snowmobile you can ride right from our garage to the trails, want to Ski? McCauley Mountain is 5.7 miles away and is a very popular place to be! Also available for you to use is our large 4 stall garage, which will fit 6 snowmobiles in one stall. Due to limited space in driveway there are no trailers allowed on property . Overflow parking is available for free 3 miles down the road at the Enchanted Forest Water Safari parking lot, where you can also fill your snowmobile up with gas. For parking I have the 4 stall garage and 2 spots outside. The atmosphere and amenities at this home will keep you coming back year after year!
