"Pam was the best host ever and I’ve stayed at a lot of places! Her cabin is cozy, clean, and lovely! She even provides 2 bottles of wine! No one does that! I slept downstairs which is a great space and so cozy! My bed was super comfy! Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans! She even supplies body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The ping pong table was fun! Pam responded quickly to all questions and inquiries! I highly recommend Pam’s cabin!"

"This tiny house was great for our 4 night stay in Franklin. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed and sofa were comfortable. We enjoyed having our dinner on the deck watching birds in the beautiful quiet neighborhood. I’m not sure I understand why the cleaning fee was 100 when we had to strip the beds, put dirty towels in the shower and dispose of our own trash. We left just before 8:00am on Sunday and the dumpster area recommended was closed. We are having to drive back to FL with our trash in the car. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great stay here with our kids for Easter break. It is the perfect location for exploring the Smokey Mountains and surrounding forests. Everything about the property is as listed and there were no surprises. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a great meal, and there were plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets to go around. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!"
