Enjoy this private home beauty, large private parking lot(8-10cars). 5400 Sq Ft of comfort and includes: Easy ground floor access to 2 bedrooms, king beds in both, each has private bath and a common full bath on the ground floor. Gourmet granite kitchen is fully equipped with dinner service for 36, abundant cookware, stemware and utensils for cooking and dining in. This level has a large gathering space with breakfast bar, dining tables, den seating and full central bathroom. The house includes 2 refrigerators, a commercial ice machine (makes 260 pounds per day), washer and dryer (full size). The indoor waterfall spa pool completes this level. The indoor hot tub is approximately 4 ft deep and measures 11ft x 7ft. Only a 30 second walk across Ocean Blvd the to the beautiful Cherry Grove beach.

2nd Floor: It's all about fun! Includes a Kid's Fort with a small tv, GAME ROOM which has (2x) 32" tv's, a commercial PINBALL MACHINE, POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL & AIR HOCKEY. CORN HOLE games are on the outdoor porch. 3 Bedrooms on this floor :1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Queens - each with private dressing room and full bath.

3rd Floor: A huge 64" Smart TV, full video library, wet bar, poker tables, and sectional sofa. 3 Bedrooms on this level: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Queens - each with private dressing room and full bath.

If you plan to hold an event (40 people maximum) there is a spectacular, one-of-a-kind, 40X40 rooftop sun deck that will WOW w/ expansive views of the ocean, pier & marsh. Up to 24 guests can sleep within the house. Family reunions will be extra special.

For the little ones in your group the owner provides (3) pack-n-plays with sheets, (2) wooden restaurant-style high chairs and (2) booster seat.

The house has been designed with hardwood & tile flooring & beamed, high bamboo ceilings. Enjoy a constant breeze from one of the 7 covered decks, complete with rocking chairs. The first floor indoor spa pool offers a unique calming experience, with convenient seating and entry to the outdoor pool as well.

There is a large parking lot, basketball court, gas grill, shower room & outdoor storage in the rear of the home along with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and approx. 8 bicycles of all sizes are available to use and cruise during your stay. Just let us know if we are missing your size???

Family Thanksgiving

We planned for 21 family members to be together for Thanksgiving Holidays and it almost came to be. Unfortunately three were not able to make it. They were busy attending arrival of their furniture at their new duty station Ellsworth AFB SD. We all missed them … especially our great grandchild (Corah). The home was awesome … everyone enjoyed our stay to the max.

Great House

The house was clean and the pictures in the listing were very accurate. The game room was terrific for spending a rainy day inside. The hosts were very nice and easy to work with. The bedrooms were large and it was a huge plus to have a full bathroom for each bedroom. Would definitely head back again!

Property was booked for 12 guys on a golfing trip for the week, house was better than advertised, communication and check-in/out very easy, great location near beach, restaurants, and shopping. House was very modern and clean. Would highly recommend, great for families too!

Highly Recommend

I highly recommend this property. It was convenient to the beach; just a short walk across the street. The only feedback I could give is to have brighter, better lighting in all the rooms. The rooms seemed dark. The kitchen was smaller than we would have liked but we made it work. It was great having a commercial ice maker!! The layout on the first floor is a little awkward and a bigger family room would have been nice to accommodate our large group. Maybe the dining table could be moved into the area by the kitchen and make the other room a large family room with more seating. I would definitely stay here again though. It was a great vacation.

Best Vacation Ever

Abercrombie and Fish was absolutely amazing. The house is beautiful with 8 bedrooms and 12 baths and a pool. The hot tub was the largest I had ever seen. I think my entire family had the best vacation ever.

This place was absolutely everything we needed.

We stayed there for our Family‘a Thanksgiving Reunion w/ 15 Adults and 7 children and 2 babies. It was beautiful, cleaned and everything we needed and more for our entire family. The owners were so nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

Just Amazing!!

Owners were really nice. We really enjoy the tour of the house and how they started their process. I really wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely coming back for another vacation but will most likely be a relaxing vacation when staying at this house. So much to do and enjoy in the house with no need to go anywhere. We did not use the outdoor pool because it was still a little bit cool but the indoor spa pool was just as nice even for my little kids to enjoy. They have all the kitchen utensils you could possibly think of using which is amazing because we are always bringing extra pots and pans. This place is great for families, girls only vacations, friends, gentlemen only, whoever!!!! Must stay!!!

Best House Yet

We have had several family vacations in NMB and have stayed at different rental houses each time. This was our favorite one so far and would stay here again. There were 22 of us (17 adults, 5 children). The entire house and outside area were clean when we checked in. The bedrooms are large and the large common areas on each floor gave everyone plenty of space. All appliances and fixtures worked well the entire week. We enjoyed everything available at the house: pool, indoor spa pool, the many TV's, DVD players, air hockey, pool table, pinball, corn hole, basketball court, bicycles, beach accessories, and the deck roof. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys were extremely helpful to have since several people came by plane. We were a little concerned about the pool when we first arrived because it is small, has a maximum depth of about 3 feet, and is on the main street side of the house. Well, there is not much traffic so you forget about the street quickly. The low depth and size actually allowed the children to enjoy the pool even more. Since the pool is in the sun most of the day, something to provide shade would be helpful. We so happened to have a beach tent with us and set it up in the pool area. You will need to keep tending to wet spots on the first floor since you need to go through it to get between the outside shower and the pool and between the shower or pool and 1st Floor bathroom. But without a doubt the pluses far outweigh the minuses. Rob and Gwen are gracious hosts. They meet you at check-in to make sure everything is OK and to explain how some features of the house work. They came by a couple times to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. And a special thanks to Rob for taking the children and their parents out on his boat.
