I didn’t like the room.It smelled real bad.didn’t have air conditioner.What hotel in New York City don’t have AC I had a suite with the kitchen cooking I was burning up it was so hot and Uncomfortable that will be the last place I stay

They had some problems placing me in the correct room but corrected the action but did not place my bags in the correct room because they forgot to place a few tags on my luggage. But the place looks as good in person as in the pictures.

Great room size, very clean, had drain problem was fixed immediately, Fairly quiet and slept like at home, greeters and staff were very good.

Arrived at 5:20pm to check in because traffic in Manhattan was extremely backed up due to UN Assembly. After spending 2 hours in traffic to get 2 miles, I was told the hotel attempted to call me at 4:53pm to tell me Travelocity overbooked their hotel and that I would need to be relocated across town to a different hotel. When pressed on the issue of why didn’t I know this until the call they attempted 1/2 hour prior to my arrival and well after check in time....I was told repeatedly that this wasn’t their fault. After standing in the lobby for 30 min waiting for a manager, and helping myself to the free wine at the social hour, a room magically because available. It was clear upon entering the room that we had the worst room in the hotel. Unless all the other rooms in the hotel were poorly “remodeled”, and dirty. I was pleased with the small kitchen with a full refrigerator, sink, and counter space until around midnight wgejbwe arrived back to the room from a night out, only to try and catch and kill several cockroaches crawling around the sink area and on the kitchen wall. Overall I was utterly disgusted with this place and the wine at the social hour was the only high point. I had an issue booking this property on Travelocity the morning we arrived because I was overcharged, and it took an hour on the phone for me to have it corrected. I had to almost beg the manager to have IT look into the issue and after she did she apologized and credited me the 60.00 overcharge. Awful

nice stay

Enjoyed our stay. Nice location. Close to subway and felt safe. Only thing....2 different mornings I did see and kill 2 large cockroaches!!! Not happy with that. But the whole city seemed a little dirty so maybe that’s why, but other than that it was nice

Ok hotel. Too noisy at night.

Pros: Good price, comfortable. 5 people. Kitchen
Cons: Street noise
Location: Close to subway
Street noise too loud, but room comfortable for 6 people, very clean
