I know I won’t stay here again. This hotel is recommended for a lot of post surgery stays. It is very outdated and it is very noisy. The AC does not work individually per room. The hotel will set it all on AC or heat and that is the only adjustment that you can make in your room. I was on the fifth floor and it was warm and I still wasn’t able to turn the AC on. Also, there was an issue of cockroach being in my room. You would not think there should be cockroaches on the fifth floor of a hotel building. I think people should look at more recent reviews of the hotel. Some people say it’s great but others that have some concerns are the exact concerns that I just experienced. I wish I had read more on the reviews rather than going from recommendations of offices nearby.

I was not there much because I was with my husband at M SK. It was within walking distance to the hospital and I felt safe in the neighborhood and in my room. It was also clean and comfortable and a short distance to restaurants and pharmacies.

Close to so many things. We were here for a week post op so we spent a lot of time in the room. It was nice. Bed was comfortable. Wish the TVs were smart TVs though. Couldn’t use anything other than just cable. For those not planning to be in the room a lot, very small detail that wouldn’t make me book elsewhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great for families with small kids

One of the only hotels in NYC where you can comfortably fit 2 adults and 3 kids without spending thousands. Their one bedroom apt/suite includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room area with pull out couch, closet space, plus a bedroom with 2 double beds. Room was a tiny bit tired but service was good and location near Central Park was also a win.
