The facility was clean and updated. The rooms (beds, bath, etc) were very comfortable. Breakfast was really good with multiple choices available. On arrival we had an upgrade to 2 kings beds and were allowed a late check out due to our train schedule. The staff was very kind and helpful . We will definitely use them for future stays

Just spent 3 nights, it was very quiet and clean, front desk was super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great! We walked almost everywhere. Street car stops not far away. I highly recommend!

Great breakfast. The girl in charge of keeping all the items stocked for breakfast was fast, efficient and pleasant. The girl working the front desk was great too. They allowed us to check in early.

I will say I am DISAPPOINTED in the MAIDS. They are very young and don’t really clean much. I’m the type to somewhat help the maids the best I can whether that be picking up after myself. I came back one night to my beds untucked and a tip that was taken, which was totally fine since it was for them, but we wrote a thank you note which they then proceeded to crumble and throw away in our OWN TRASH! I’m not kidding either. It was very disrespectful and especially since they took out the trash and decided to keep our sweet note in our trash for us to see instead of throwing it in the trash they have on their cart. If I go back, I am not tipping. The ladies up front including the managers were the best out of the team, very friendly and kind. Besides that, it was definitely an escape the craziness that goes down on Bourbon St and Canal St! It’s somewhere you’d want to take a family to when you don’t want too much chaoticiness there.
