"Room really needed some deep cleaning. Dusty lamps and tabletops. Had to call the front desk, as there were no blankets or pillow for the pull out couch, and we had three people in the room. Hallways and elevator needed vacuuming. Very noticeable dirt in places. Very tired and worn appearance everywhere. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning unit needs updating. Continental breakfast was lukewarm. Best spot was the Grand Avenue Tavern! Great atmosphere, live music. Staff was very accommodating. Great food!"
