Perfect place to stay near Vanderbilt campus. Be aware that you get charged $40 extra per day for parking in the hotel lot, but that’s pretty standard for hotels around there from what I’ve gathered.

I did not like this property at all from start to finish. We arrive and staff says our room is ready but for 25 dollars more or we wait 2 more hours. That policy is disgusting. Very unwelcoming. We wait 2 more hours to a room that was pretty beat up. Scuff marks on the walls and refrigerator that didnt work and needed the seal replaced. So had to deal with that even though they had 2 more hours to check the room. Imagine if I paid the extra 25 lol. Then when leaving, we call to double check if we needed to physically check out down stairs and she responded if you want. Well its either we have to or we don't? Again she says if you want. Well what's policy? You don't have to. My goodness, so unprofessional. Then normally we leave keys in the room because you don't need them anymore. We forgot we needed them on the way out. We call and call and call and call we hit that button 10 times. I even tried to figure out how to call the front desk from my phone.its 3am what was she doing. Finally answers, checks we had a car and finally opens it. I would never choose to stay here again. The hotel next door offers shuttle service. And you are at the same rate as that hotel. The staff at the other hotel was also so kind.
