Room was good. Quite. Slept well. Quick enough to broadway and the university nearby. For someone that’s on the road for work quite a bit, breakfast was pretty standard. Biscuits gravy. Sausage. Cereal fruit bagels etc.

We were able to check in prior to the standard check-in time. Room was clean & quiet, even with a hospital on the street. Great location. We were in town visiting colleges and it’s a block away from Vanderbilt. Restaurants a short walk too.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, Hotel just smelled clean meaning not like that smell when hotel is trying to hide an odor. We stayed in a suite which was awesome having the separate living room and mini kitchen. King bed was super comfortable, loved the pillows and to top it off the free breakfast was over the top. So many selections and all good.

The front desk employee gave us a key that wouldn’t operate the elevator and open our room. He finally came over to the elevator with his key to allow us to get to our room. Upon getting to the room door we attempted to use our key which didn’t work. He used his key. He was walking around in his socks without shoes. He kept the keys he issued to us. After breakfast the next morning we went to the desk to get keys to get in our room. They were very pleasant and helpful unlike the check-in staff member.
