Second Floor Beachfront Condo

Welcome to our two bedroom ocean front condo. Both bedrooms have private balconies opening up either directly to the Atlantic Ocean or with ocean view, with two additional balconies, one more ocean front and one ocean view. Staying here you are just a short elevator ride, or two flights of stairs from the boardwalk to the beach at this beautiful gated community.

The master suite has a king size bed, office desk and chair, a TV, closet and private bathroom with a double vanity. The master bedroom has one of the ocean front balconies that is a great place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a relaxing afternoon refreshment.

The second bedroom or guest bedroom has two queen size beds and another balcony with views of the Atlantic and one of the buildings pools. The guest bedroom also has a TV for the kids or travel companions to watch something as they unwind at night.

The condo has a full kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen has a single oven with cooktop and a microwave over the cooktop. there is a toaster and coffee maker out on the counter and a blender and hand mixer in the cupboard.

The sitting room with has two more balconies, one ocean front and one ocean view. The sitting room has two padded armchairs and a queen size sleeper sofa for an additional space for one or two people to sleep. The sitting room has a TV and theow blankets to cozy up innthe evening.

The unit also has a full size, stacked washer and dryer available for guests use in the front hallway. We hope you choose to enjoy your time in Myrtle Beach in our home away from home.

Great ocean front condo in a great location. It was very clean and well furnished. We loved that every room has a balcony with a direct view to the ocean. Clean and Spacious!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was extremely clean, bright, and comfortable! Being it was a corner unit allowed amazing views from all of the balconies. We were pleasantly surprised by how much space the condo offered! The second bedroom had its own hallway and bathroom. Our teenage sons sons enjoyed being a bit secluded in that room when my husband and I were up early. The beach and the building grounds were clean and it was quiet. Driving through the area to get to the condo is gorgeous! The keyless entry was convenient and easy. Thank you Phil for providing a clean and well-cared for place for us to stay! It was a great vacation!

Great Unit at Kingston Plantation

We found the unit to be very comfortable and well located with fantastic oceanfront and Apachee Pier Views. Check in was easy and the owners were friendly and accommodating. Shopping and dining is close by - we enjoyed Coast Pizza, Nacho Hippo, and Joe’s Bar and Grill along with a quick shopping excursion to the Tanger Outlets. We had a great stay!

Great spot, great stay

I cannot give this rental a better review. The unit is in a great location, on the second floor right on the beach. There are four spacious balconies overlooking both the beach and the pool. All of the rooms are large, extremely quiet and private. The unit is in great condition, well maintained, properly furnished and well stocked with necessities. We cooked several meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The owners provided timely responses and communicated all relevant information. From the tone of the communication, I could tell that they both love working with renters and take their role responsibly. My wife and I, along with our 4 children fully enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely rent this unit again.

Absolutely loved this condo! Clean and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals there. Beautiful ocean views and being the corner unit overlooks the pool as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on renting again in the future. Highly recommend!
