Family Getaway

The room was nice and clean and stocked with all the cooking stuff we could need. The beds were comfortable. It was a good unit. There were boogie boards which we didn't see until check out. The coffee pot was outdated but worked. I would suggest putting a washer and dryer in the unit.

Softball Tournament Housing

We had an issue right off the bat by not receiving our room code until one minute to 4:00. Later, we found out from Josh that their notification system failed to send out the emails to anyone. Next, our room was not ready for us, but Josh expedited the cleaning process and we were soon in our room. You are fortunate to have a "take charge" property manager like Josh. He stayed on top of the situation until resolved to our satisfaction.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was not very clean at all. We actually had to clean, wipe things down, and vacuum when we got there bc it was very dirty. So that was very upsetting because if you have to get the room cleaned again it is $75 so we weren’t paying that for them to come in there and probably not clean again. The hot water heater was not big enough for all of us to take a shower. There were 6 of us. We also bought outlet covers because it was definitely not kid friendly.

Spring break 22

Property mgr never mentioned gate access n where to find the code. Also didn't mention if parking pass was required. There should have been notification that the lazy liver would be closed. The condo was ok but needs a spring cleaning. The balcony is dirty. Property mgr did call to ask if I took the parking pass, which we never used n failed to share we left something, asked about our stay or acknowledge i left the place as nice if not nicer than before we stayed. I will use vrbo again but most likely not stay at MB Resort

My Myrtle beach trip

Overall, I was satisfied with the property. Proximity to the ocean was convenient. The condo I rented needed to have upgraded Outlets. The outlet plugs were very loose. Some of the bowls that I went to use preparing meals were dirty. The location was excellent not too far from Murrells Inlet which we enjoy eating there.

Nice size condo with two bedrooms and two washrooms. Near golf courses, restaurants and grocery and airport. Only small negative point, it was mentioning BBQ Grill available but I didn't see them on the balcony.

Amazing location! Next to the beach! Near airport and golf course. Tennis court, bocce and pickleball court available on site! Description mentioned bbq but it was not on the balcony like expected. Other than that it was a pure gem!

Served its purpose

Description is very accurate of property. It was nice being close to the ocean and having all the extra pools and lazy river. It was nice having the restaurant/bar on site as well. Cleanliness of the apartment was sub par. I’m assuming most of the renters do the majority of the cleaning before they leave and actual cleaning staff very quickly makes beds, sweeps(?), stocks up the towels and then leaves. When we arrived there was sand in the tub and corners of bathroom. I found snack food under the bed, handprints all over the sliding glass doors, and quite dusty in easy to reach areas. Be prepared to bring your own dish soap, trash bags, and toilet paper (we had to buy all of this because there was either none or only one supplied). They gave us one trash bag in each bin, one dishwasher tablet to run the dishwasher (we never used the dishwasher though). Location was ok, very difficult exiting the property because you share an exit with the neighboring campground and they don’t tend to let you merge in at the stop light. You need to be aggressive to get out onto the main road because of this. I would probably stay here again, but would be more prepared to bring amenities I think should be supplied, and to clean once we arrive.
