Summary:
Looking for a beach stay with two oceanfront balconies and a full kitchen for slow mornings? Deja View sits twelve floors up at Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower — the Atlantic out the windows, the 21st Avenue restaurant strip three minutes south on foot. Right for a family vacation or a reunion with old friends. The StayMareni Guest Guide covers the places we'd send a friend — the dinners, the day trips, and the easy-to-miss stretches of Myrtle Beach worth knowing.
The Space:
Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower runs at a quieter scale than the resorts further south — Art Deco-inspired exterior, no streets to cross to the sand, free parking at the building. This family-owned condo sits twelve floors up with the ocean directly out front, furnished in a modern coastal palette — a privately owned suite, not a hotel room. Two private oceanfront balconies — one off the bedroom, a second off a side sitting alcove — both pointed at the Atlantic, both first-light views.
A King centers the bedroom — wall of glass and the primary balcony slider on the ocean side, a 50-inch Smart TV across the room. The kitchen tucks just behind, galley-style and ready to actually cook in — full electric range, over-range microwave, full-size refrigerator, and a Keurig already loaded for the early riser. Two baths handle the middle of the suite — the primary keeps it simple with a curved walk-in shower against a quartz vanity; the secondary holds the towel program when the sleeper sofa is in play. The living room takes the quieter, street-facing end with a queen sleeper sofa and a 50-inch Smart TV. A side sitting alcove off the bedroom carries its own slider to the second balcony — same morning sun. Linens and towels are hotel-quality and professionally laundered. Got a milestone in the mix? Our Celebration Packages — balloons, party decor, and the little extras — get the suite ready before arrival.
Down at the pool deck, you'll find the outdoor pool, the lazy river, two hot tubs, and an indoor heated pool tucked away for cooler in-between days. Tables, lounge chairs, and palm-shaded sitting under umbrellas line the oceanfront deck. An outdoor grassy, palm-filled sitting area overlooks the beach — tables, chairs, umbrellas, and lounge chairs set into the lawn, separate from the pool side.
Starbucks sits two or three blocks south, the 21st Avenue restaurant strip another minute or two beyond it, the Convention Center about ten minutes up the road. The north end of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk runs ten minutes south on foot. Free parking sits directly in front of the building, with a covered garage across the street.

Other Things to Note:
Family-owned, dialed-in, and built for the kind of trip where you come back planning the next one. We take care of this home as if it were our own: wake to the ocean, take coffee on one balcony and the late-day breeze on the other, end the day with the sliding door open. Self check-in by 4. Running late? Message us — real people, real fast answers.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Your door code arrives on check-in day, and everything is waiting inside — K-cups, popcorn, and cookies, along with hotel-quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion) and the same hotel-quality linens and towels we'd want for ourselves. Four bath towels per bathroom; stays of four nights or longer get a complimentary refresh. Pool towels are stocked in-suite April 1 through September 30, and available by request the rest of the year. High-speed WiFi throughout the suite and out to the pool deck. One parking pass.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
A few things we don't stock so you can plan ahead: cooking oils and spices — bring or grab them at the grocery on the way in; beach chairs, umbrellas, or beach toys — chair rentals are available right on the sand; daily housekeeping — your suite is fully cleaned and inspected before arrival, with a mid-stay refresh available on request for a small fee; personal toiletries — bring your toothpaste, razors, sunscreen, and the rest of your usual kit; and TV streaming logins — sign in with your own accounts.
PEST CONTROL
Routine, preventive pest control by Beach Pest Control runs the first Tuesday of scheduled months — floors 1–5 in February, April, June, August, and October; floors 6–14 in January, March, May, July, September, and November. Standard building maintenance, scheduled in advance.
GOOD TO KNOW
The keypad responds best when you enter your door code slowly — pause a beat after the last digit, and the door will unlock. Four wrong attempts in a row freezes the pad for a few minutes, so it's worth taking it deliberate the first try. The building's main entry code rotates monthly and arrives with your suite door code on check-in day; if your stay crosses the first of a month, we'll send the new code automatically.
NEIGHBORHOOD NOTICE
A site just south of Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower has begun construction activity. We don't control off-site work, and timing can change, but you may hear intermittent noise during normal daytime hours during your stay. We're sharing this for transparency and to help minimize any inconvenience.
LAUNDRY
The resort doesn't have laundry on-site — laundromats sit a short drive away and accept debit/credit cards. Plan ahead for longer stays.
Friendly reminder: smoke-free homes, the booking guest must be 21 or older, and Boardwalk's pool bands are waiting in the suite when you arrive. The monthly Boardwalk access code arrives the day of check-in with your door code.
