Nope.

Couldn't check in to hotel until 8:45 at night due to what they said was a water line break or something. No discpunt offered and in fact was denied when requested. Room was suuuuuper dirty. Hair in bathtub, handprints on mirrors, residue on muiltple surfaces. Hotel hallways and elevators smelled like portapotties, and the door to the room barely opened (it scraped against the floor).

Friendly front desk staff. They only clean the rooms once every 5 days and if you want it more frequently you have to pay a fee. The rooms were dirty there were stains on one of the comforters. The TV was broken and had to be replaced as soon as we got there. The screen door was stuck shut. There were no meals provided. The elevators stunk and were dirty. Towels had to be brought down to the front desk and then they would give you new ones. The garage had a bunch of broken equipment and trash In it. Had to go through it to access the beach or go around to end of the block. When coming back the elevator needed a code which was not provided to us so we had to walk around to the front door which felt inconvenient.

I booked the room because it had a balcony and a king bed at what I thought was a decent price. The room was gross, there was an indescribable odor, the balcony was barred up, the bed cover was stained, it was sandy under the cover, the floors were slippery, the pool looked gross, the ceiling above the bed was peeling, the elevators were dirty. All around, I will never book at this hotel again.

When we pulled up to the property there is not a big enough professional sign posted for people to find the resort. Parking is so small and tight only 4 cars at a time can pull up but have to be in and out because you end up getting blocked in or you cant get in. How they charge you for your stay is ridiculous. You have to pay if you want your room clean you have to ask for towels then exchange them out for new ones. Why is there a kitchenette in the room if you have to pay for cooking supplies and hope there are available. The hallways were so dirty our room was not properly cleaned before we arrived. We could barely open the sliding door. The screws were so loose the handle came off and we had to aak for maintenance 4 times before someone came 3 hours later. A complete failure I definitely not be returning.

Staff was absolutely terrible. Was supposed to get a refund for the first night because they put me in a room way smaller than the room I was supposed to get because of “maintenance”. When I talked to the manager he looked at me like a deer in headlights and didn’t know how to respond was supposed to get a call back for days. Every time I called they said he was on break no one stays on break all day lol. They are liars and my family had a terrible time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palette beach resort. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the location of our room—It was just steps away from both the pool and the beach, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds. Our room was clean and comfortable, with extra blankets provided for added coziness. The King bed was very comfortable and the microwave was brand new and worked perfectly. It’s also clear that the resort is making upgrades to enhance the guest experience which we really appreciate. That said, there are a few improvements that could make the stay even better. The hallways and main floor could benefit from brighter lighting, and added lights around the pool area would make it more inviting in the evenings. Our refrigerator ran loudly through the night, which made it a bit hard to sleep, and unfortunately, our TV didn’t work even after maintenance tried to fix it. Lastly, having a designated storage space for cleaning carts would help keep the main gathering area looking tidy and welcoming Overall, this resort offers a great beachside experience with a friendly team and ongoing improvements. With just a few tweaks, it could easily become a five-star stay.

We went to our room and it was full of trash bugs and had not been cleaned. They did give us another room which was much better, but I could tell the sheets hadn’t been changed. Luckily it was only one night.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My stay at the Palette Resort in Myrtle Beach was a complete nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom door didn’t even lock which is basic privacy and safety. The pools were absolutely filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned or maintained properly in quite some time. What really pushed me over the edge was the blatant false advertising. The listing claimed there was a bar and grill on sit there was no bar, no grill, and no explanation. Just a flat-out lie to get people to book. I didn’t feel safe having my family there, and ultimately had to leave and pay out of pocket to book another hotel last-minute. I’ve requested a refund and am still waiting, with no clear communication or resolution. Do yourself a favor: Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of better, cleaner, and honest options in Myrtle Beach

Fool me once but never again

The worst place I have stayed for that amount of money ever! We had no hot water for 2 days and my four days of stay. No utensils whatsoever in the kitchen area. No phone. No clock. Had to ask for a hair dryer. Run down dirty pool was not touched till the third day of my stay. The front desk except for the guy named Joe or rude and unfriendly. Our vehicle got broken into and they're parking lot and they said that they had no cameras for us just to call the police. I honestly could not believe that they were renting out a place for that amount of money and it that rundown and that untaken care of. Thoughts pictures on the website there was no floats for the lazy river the chairs the pool area was never cleaned up we seem beach towels lay there all week. I had high hopes for this stay but was very disappointed.
Pools were never touched clean for 3 days.
The box springs cover was filthy with all kind of stuff at least I never found a bed bug hallelujah
The floors in the halls in the elevator everything was dirty. I seen everything from a q-tip to a bread tie laying in the hallway.
We parked beside this air conditioner meant that was just corroded and nasty and rusty and falling apart
