Our stay at the Renaissance Tower was terrible and absolutely not what we expected. The condition of the unit was unacceptable.The bunk bed was broken, the sheets were stained, and there appeared to be black mold coming out of the vents—which is a serious health concern. The bathtub was dirty, and there was sand everywhere, including all over the balcony table. The balcony clearly had not been swept, and the sliding door was extremely hard to open.On top of that, basic items were broken, including the can opener and a drawer in the refrigerator. It’s obvious that little to no effort was put into cleaning or maintaining this unit.The owners seriously need to put more effort into making sure their units are properly maintained and up to date, because this was unacceptable.For the price paid, this was beyond disappointing—it was disgusting. I would not recommend staying here to anyone unless major improvements are made.
