Original Estate section of Montauk. Very picturesque & unpopulated, yet minutes to multiple beaches. 1 mile to Ditch Plains Ocean Beach, half mile to Sunset Beach, L.I. Sound.
Very Private.
THREE PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. Only single, queen-sized bed.
ALL friendly DOGS welcome provided they are always leashed, do not tear up furnishings or bark incessantly, are picked up after outside and are kept off the furniture.
NO UN-HOUSEBROKEN PUPPIES OR WEE WEE PAD DOGS.
WE ACCEPT DOGS ONLY. NO CATS OR OTHER PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Friendly dogs & Chickens also live on property.
